Vintage Vuarnet Eyewear

Associated with skiers since their foundation in 1960, Roger Pouilloux's ground-breaking lenses allowed climbers and skiers to reduce glare at high altitudes, scale new peaks and zoom down glaciers. Jean Vuarnet was the gold medallist in downhill at the 1960 Winter Olympic Games held in Squaw Valley. He and combined with Roger Pouilloux to launch the Vuarnet brand off the back of the press generated from his ski prowess.

Our collection of vintage Vuarnet glasses frames and sunglasses are all made in France in by their master frame makers. With a mixture of classic acetate frames and sporty lightweight nylon designs, they are the perfect frames to wear in tough conditions.
